Our Brisbane Office is looking for a Full-time Assessing Operator to join our team.

About the role

• You’ll evaluate personal loan applications received via our Store network and online website in compliance with internal, legislative requirements and responsible lending commitments.
• Aim to maximise the number of loans assessed per day in accordance with targets.
• Adhere to Risk and Compliance guidelines.
• Answer any questions & inquiries, maintaining an open and honest approach, but always in accordance with our guidelines and any legislation; and
• Ensure when communicating with stores/clients you do so with the utmost respect and professionalism, providing concise and accurate information to facilitate the processing of a loan application.

About you

• Ideally, you’ll have experience working within the finance industry, with a Loans Assessing background.
• Can understand and follow Legislation, Policies and Procedures.
• Be detail focused with strong data entry speed and skills.
• Have good computer skills ideally with prior exposure to a Personal Finance system; and
• Be trustworthy, reliable and a team player.
