About the role

The key focus of a Personal Finance Operator role is to provide an excellent customer experience whilst providing personal finance solutions on a full-time basis. A typical day will include:

• Engaging with customers through demonstrating respect and empathy to build trust.
• Complying with responsible lending guidelines and procedures ensuring loans are in line with policy and legislative requirements.
• Proactively promoting Personal Finance throughout the rest of the store to generate new business.
• Answering any questions about Personal Finance, maintaining an open and honest approach.
• Working towards achieving targets, both individually and as a store.
