We are currently looking for a Retail Department Manager to join us at our Ballarat Store in a Full Time capacity.
About the role
- Ensure all legal and compliance procedures are adhered to by all staff.
- Motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive store sales, achieve targets, all whilst controlling costs profit and loss.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; and
- Provide a safe environment for both staff and customers.
About you - You’ll have previous experience in a leadership role within a retail business (Or similar).
- Comfortable coaching, mentoring, and developing a high performing team.
- Proven experience working with and meeting KPIs in a robust environment.
- Unwavering commitment to quality customer service; and
- Be a champion for Cashies Values.
