We are currently looking for Assessing Operator's to join us at our Brisbane Head Office Location in a Casual capacity.

About the role

• Assess Personal Loan Applications from our Store Network and online platform, ensuring compliance with internal policies, legislation, and responsible lending practices.
• Strive to meet daily loan assessment targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity.
• Follow risk and compliance guidelines.
• Answer inquiries, maintaining an open and honest approach; and
• Ensure when communicating with stores/clients you do so with the utmost respect and professionalism, providing concise and accurate information to facilitate the processing of a loan application.

About you

• Ideally you’ll have experience working within the finance industry, preferably within Loans Assessing or a related field.
• Have previous knowledge or an interest in legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Be detail focused with strong data entry speed and skills.
• Have good computer skills ideally with prior exposure to a Personal Finance system however, not essential; and
• Be trustworthy, reliable and a team player.
