Our Perth Office is looking for an Entry Level, Full Time Business Support Administrator to join our team.

About the role

• You will meet and provide exceptional customer service to clients and Head Office visitors
• Receive and respond to incoming calls to Head Office promptly and professionally
• Manage multiple calendars and inboxes
• Organise Courier services 
• Submit and organise monthly orders with external providers

About you

• You will have a high attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management
• High level of phone and email etiquette
