Inbound Calls

This role presents a great opportunity to gain Call Centre experience in the Finance Industry.


We are the national call centre for the Personal Finance side of the Company.  We work on an inbound call queue.  The team of around 15 call centre operators answer questions relating to the loan application process, status of application and other general enquiries.  The work environment is fast paced, KPI driven but well supported by a fun loving and engaged team.

The person we are looking for: 


Whilst it would be great if you have contact centre experience, it is more important that you are a results driven individual who is committed to their job and is passionate about the customer experience.


You will thrive in this role if you are agile, committed and adaptable to growth and a "one team" approach.


You'll need good computer skills, accurate data entry and a high level of attention to detail with a friendly and professional phone manner.


Our team is flexible and work on a rotating roster servicing our customers between the hours of 7am to 7pm  Monday to Friday. (some Saturday overtime is available)
