About the role

Are you someone who has what it takes to build a business in a business? Do you love networking and building relationships to grow a business? Do you thrive when working autonomously? If you have answered yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Business Development team to support our strategic direction and growth plans. 

You will report to the Head of Business Development based in Perth and be a confident and motivated individual who loves a challenge and ensuring the experience for our customers and partners is first class from start to finish. 

You will add value to the team by:

• Actively seeking new opportunities for growth
• Building and maintaining relationships within our partner network
• Providing coaching and training to our partners, ensuring they have a solid understanding of our product, compliance and legislative requirements, systems and business practices

To be successful you’ll need:

• Previous experience in business development, ideally in the automotive finance industry
• A customer service focus – you naturally know how to provide a first-class experience
• Be comfortable communicating with a diverse audience
• The ability to get up and go – you're a goal driven self-starter who prides themselves on achieving excellent results
• Previous experience presenting and training, both one on one and in a classroom style environment
