About the role

If you’ve answered yes, yes and some more yeses, we have an exciting opportunity for you. As someone who is passionate about all things digital, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with digital marketing executives and website administrators to derive meaningful insights from data and web analytics, maintain online assets, optimise the digital customer experience, co-pilot digital campaigns and marketing automation initiatives, as well as liaise with agency partners.


Key role functions:

  • Manage online content via CMS (Sitefinity, EpiServer, EpiCommerce)
  • Proactively identify any gaps in user experience and contribute towards improvements Digital/Web Analytics - deriving meaningful insights from web analytics data (GA, Adobe
  • Derive meaningful insights from web analytics data (GA, Adobe Analytics) to inform decisions
  • Understand and interrogate GEM to collate ‘Voice of Customer’ reporting
  • Manage EDMs and SMS campaigns
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, timeliness and respectfulness in all communication
  • Foster positive relationships cross-functionally within the business and between vendors and agency partners
  • Actively participate in the team
  • Contribute towards a positive team and work environment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years+ commercial experience in a similar role
  • Solid basic understanding of fundamental digital marketing concepts (marketing automation, CRO, SEO, SEM)
  • University degree/qualification in marketing, data science, applied computing or a related field
  • Agency exposure/experience
  • Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of Social Media platforms and proven success in the management of performance
  • Web development skills in HTML, JavaScript and CSS is an advantage
