About the role as a Marketing Intern

Cash Converters has an exciting opportunity for someone to join a high-spirited marketing team with loads of new initiatives on the go!


We’re looking for a results driven Marketing Intern to join our tight-knit marketing team at Cash Converters Head Office here in Perth, and whilst we take our work seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously!

Key role functions:

  • Manage online content via CMS (Sitefinity, EpiServer, EpiCommerce)
  • Proactively identify any gaps in user experience and contribute towards improvements 
  • Derive meaningful insights from web analytics data (GA, Adobe Analytics) to inform decisions
  • Understand and interrogate GEM to collate ‘Voice of Customer’ reporting
  • Manage EDMs and SMS campaigns
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, timeliness and respectfulness in all communication
  • Foster positive relationships cross-functionally within the business and between vendors and agency partners
  • Actively participate in the team
  • Contribute towards a positive team and work environment


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience producing a website and looking at analytics of its use
  • Solid basic understanding of fundamental digital marketing concepts (marketing automation, CRO, SEO, SEM)
  • University degree/qualification in marketing, computing or a related field
  • Experience of looking at the digital side of marketing
  • Knowledge of Social Media platforms and proven success in the management of performance
  • Web development skills in HTML, JavaScript and CSS is an advantage
