About the role

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for performing operational audits in accordance with the organisation’s quality assurance methodology and procedural requirements, ensuring conformity to internal, legal, regulatory and ethical standards.  The role requires you to work with colleagues within the credit assessment team to ensure adherence to internal policy, procedures and approval authorities along with responsible lending obligations. You will provide feedback to respective team leads, support and coach team members, along with providing feedback and recommend amendments to policy and procedures.


Key role functions include:

  • Develop and maintain a fit for purpose assurance framework across credit assessment functions
  • Complete quality assurance checks and ensure standards are met across the assessment of loans.
  • Contribute in the ongoing development and enhancement of all systems, standards and strategies.

To be considered for the role, you will:

  • Have a sound knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Have experience in the financial sector, with preference in credit assessment/lending
  • Have strong written & verbal, communication and influencing skills.
  • Be organised, systematic, thorough, accurate and disciplined.
  • Have the ability to complete time critical tasks, multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Have ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
